About Me
I manage the molecular laboratory at eawag, Kastanienbaum, for the Department of Fishecology & Evolution. This includes DNA/RNA extractions, PCR, RT - qPCR, RAD library preparation for NGS, Sanger sequencing, molecular biology methods, being supervisor for learning lab assistants in biology, and general lab management.
