About Me

I am a PhD-student in Ole Seehausen's research group at Eawag, Kastanienbaum. My research interests are mainly linked to Ecology and Biodiversity conservation. My PhD research project will focus on understanding trophic community ecology of African annual killifish (Nothobranchius). Specifically I hope to investigate the distribution, co-existence and habitat use of sampled killifish species, study the effects of ecological interaction on the ecology and morphology of populations, testing for ecological character displacement and then testing the efficiency of killifish species in suppressing malaria mosquitoes.
